Developer Required for Website and Possible Mobile App

We require a site to be developed that allows users to register/login and input information (text and images). This information will be emailed to an address, stored in a database, and also displayed on screen in a user profile. Primarily we want this to be a website with the possibility of been a mobile site. Further, if there are developers with the ability to implement an iPhone application, we would like to look into the possibility of implementing this too. The app will allow users to login with the credentials they've provided on the site, and input information. This information will then be displayed in the user profile. We have prepared all the front-end wireframe graphics and visuals, for both the website and app, that can be developed into the system. Therefore we are only requiring back-end developers to get it up and running in the first instance. We would like to hear from developers based in the UK only - primarily in the north of England in and around Manchester or Leeds. The project will have multi stage development process, with recurring working been offered as the site grows. Can people please give an indication of their pricing policy in the response.
