Developing a current website

I have a countdown website. It's now based on an iframe page from a popular countdown service. I'd like to make the countdown native in the website, and I'd like to add a database of the dates it will countdown based on it. When the count reach 0, the script should move to the next date, and so on. I'd like also to make a widgets based on the count down, so people can post it in their websites. The website language is Arabic, so some texts should be from right to left the total amount of pages will be 5: 1- the home page 2- widgets page 3- about 4- contact us 5- private policy The website should be simple, and compatible with all browsers and devices.
