So I would like a site that has a landing page where the buyer is shown a model type person and is directed to fill out a form so that they get a free trial. on second page (ssl) and credit card info is taken for shipping and handling. Some terms will be there to inform that this is a 14 Day trial only. An example of this can be found at mytoslim.com. You will be given our ad copy and a mock up of what we want. You will need to create all images and design work.
