Wanting someone to complete a wordpress header for me ...

The job description is pretty simple and you will have access to the Wordpress admin ... I can also send you a rar file containing the child theme which is a modification of stark-lite from Wordpress.org.
The job is to make the headers the same - function - not alter the background of the page. The background is selected in Wordpress .. the header is a different file which is what needs to be altered.
There needs to be the admin lock, the marquee and the slideshow which I believe are all plugins from Wordpress - I am sure that most people bidding would have some clue.
The coding of [login to view URL] shows that the background is in a table with the login being baseline, marquee baseline in the 2nd column of the table with an image under it to move into position and the slideshow (with the background border) being in the 3rd.
I need the headers to be the same ... I beleive the marquee and slideshow are both addons in Wordpress with the header having a transparent background and the main body of the site having a white background.
This is the 2nd time this project has been posted as the first said he could do it and all he did was take the background out of Wordpress and put it in the body tag and indented the header down the page. this means if the header file is then altered it will do nothing as it is now in the main section of the page. I don't want this .. I like the structure of the stark-lite theme and would think it is relatively simple .. IF YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR DOING.

i do not understand what you need, the site that you want to copy also put the header in the body. If you like the site, why not just clone it.
