amazon feedback request software

We are featured and power mechants on ebay and amazon. We do about 2000-5000 orders a month on amazon and require a software template that will send a personal email to our customers and request for the feedback . this can be a website too or online portal ( w ecan have it hosted) so that our return and refund staff can login and supervise the [login to view URL] email will contain our webstore name, order id, customer name , short description of the customer and text which which we will fill asking for a feedback. the software template or online verison needs to work by connecting to our amazon seller account ( web services) and download the orders and send personal email after set required of days ( should be able to change the days from 7-2 months) also need a tab where in we can cancel email sending for orders that we had issues with( we can manually check or cross those orders). also if someone has left enagtive feedback we need to have a separate page for negative and neutral feedback, with option to send an email requesting for removal of feedback. also need to have a nice layout for the email with store name visible. We would like to accept bid from those who have knowledge of amazon web services and the seller part of amazon, as that way they will be able to better distinguish our needs.
