I need a website where employers can log in to post contracts where they will receive bids from different contractors who are also registered. The contractors will register with us and choose the categories of bids for which we will send them alerts( email and SMS). They will be required to make monthly payments to be able to see the full details of the contract(after using for 5 months) users can subscribe to receive the alerts. Rss feed, automatic social posting, sms verification, private messaging system. users can sign up through linkedin, facebook or twitter. they can sign up based on membership categories. Employer's page should provide a way they can sort project bids based on an already set criteria they can also be able to view all uploaded documents under different pre-set requirements either scanned or typed and make comments or recommendations.
