Ad network new features

Dear friends I am buying the ad network script from phplemon.com. The script is good. but i need some changes. So i am looking for freelancer that can design and php programmer. So i need to change on this script: 1)Design (as producer wrote it is very easy to implement new design.)user panel and index page. i will give describtion of design and some examples. 2)Some modifications on script: a)At the moment inline ads support only text ad formats. But i need beside text ad formats, picture, flash and gif. ad formats for inline ads. b)The place of powered by and your link is here item must change. 3)Script translated into another language at the moment. (it is written that it is easy to modify language manually) if not i will need your help. It must done asap.
