ACTIVE DIRECTORY EXPORT UTILITY

I need a windows console application (to be converted to a windows service later) WRITTEN IN EITHER C++/VB.NET OR C# for the following: PURPOSE: An Active Directory Management tool for user account management. This tool will extract user account information and dump to a CSV file which is then used by an admin application. REQUIREMENTS: 1) The console application is required to poll two specific OU Containers which hold all the User Accounts in the Active Directory. 2) It should be able to filter the user accounts on specific attributes (as per normal LDAP queries). 3) The main feature of the utility is the ability to retrieve only user accounts which have changed since the last poll (suggest using USNChanged attribute (If you don’t know what im talking about then do not apply). 4) Retrieve deleted objects since last poll 5) Retrieve moved objects since last poll (moved objects will only move between the two OU’s ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
