Anti Spyware Product and Website

We want a fully functional anti spyware product that can compete with some of the best products on the market today. We also want you to take care of website design and 3rd party integration (clickbank, ibill, etc ) You will be delivering the entire system! Website design/content, anti spyware application and 3rd party integration... We are flexible and want to open discussions. We hope we can find the right company to work on our project. We will continue to refine requirements until we are satisfied. Here are some basic requirements. **Please refer to the attached document for a better idea of what we are looking for **Basic Requirements**: -We want an anti spyware application and website branded to our company name. You will be responsible for delivering the entire package: Website, App, Integration, etc. -The spyware remover will scan, detect, display, remove spyware threats. You *must* have experience & code to assemble a branded spyware remover. All the obvious features (plus a few extra bells and whistles) should be included in your anti spyware application. -The application and website will be delivered to us in a fully functional state. This means the application and website will be running on a server and be ready to receive transactions. We will provide a hosting account that will fulfill allthe infrastructure requirements you need. *There is a document attached with more requirements... ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
