Backup manager for Server and Clients

I need a backup manager package developped or a solution that exists implemented! This can be an open source or one already that exists, if already has all the options I need it

can be just installed on the server and implemented with minimal support! I need to be able to brand to my company and if i have developped be complete owner of source code.

I will need on the server side, a server management system that will run on a linux or windows server (which ever is suggested) the main server will accept on the client side an

application that clients will backup there files, system or server over a network.

Here is some details...

Server Side

-Can run on Linux and OR Windows 2003 (the dedicated server i have already on a 100mbit line)

-Must be able to accept client connections that will backup there data

-Must accept compression and encryption (would prefer 448 bit)

-Must accept incremental backups

-Web based admin control

-Client statistics on usage

Client side

-Must be platform friendly for windows XP, Linux

-Must be able to backup a server or a desktop

-Feature packed that is able to do smart backups such as DATABASES (MYSQL, SQL etc...)mydocuments, favorites, email boxes etc..

-Must be restore friendly

-Can do scheduled backups

-Ability to backup network drives

-Simple to use

Notes the client application must be licenced and not be able to be pirated, so serial numbers must be generated, it is expected that at the price bid that you install on the

dedicated server and everything is fully tested. Once again if you have developped something already or know of a good solution, feel free to suggest i am offering a bid of

either a solution that you develop or simple implement !

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
