C# Band Object Calculator

I need a Vertical Explorer Bar for Internet Explorer. It must be written in C# v2.0. It should be built as a Band Object. It needs to perform a basic calculator function. So that when a user clicks on View/Explorer Bar/MyCalculator A simple calculator shows up on the left hand side of Internet Explorer as a Vertical Explorer Bar. Not just [login to view URL] :). Also on the Vertical Explorer Bar, it needs to show the current URL. A simple label "Calculator at: " current Url. Expected Deliverables are [login to view URL] (the explorer bar), the source code/solution to rebuild it, the source code for the COM interface for the Band Object, and some instructions on registering the .dll or any other associated dll's for the project.
