I want to know if a program or membership web site can be developed where I and others can submit new blog posts to blog carnival sites. I also need the ability to easily search, or automatically update the list of blog carnivals that the posts will be submitted to.

One thing has come to light about my project.

There is a CAPTCHA code on the first entry on the Blog Carnival site I am thinking to use. Once entered on the first submission there is no need to enter it again. This could change the scope of the project.

I currently do not use any others but if they are available I would like a way to include these in the program//web site as well.

The idea is to make the process easier and more time efficient.
