Bulk Email Server

I need a program that is very similar to @engine bulk emailer. Specifications of this software are available from their website at <[login to view URL]> Please note, this will be used for legitimate email marketing, and not spam! The interface to @Engine is not very user friendly, and I would like it to have a 'look and feel' of something more like a desktop email software like outlook. Must also have the ability to read email addresses from both a MSSQL database and/or a text file. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
