Classified Ads Form Filler

Hi Coders, I have not got a clue how much this would cost so i have put it under a small business project. Project Details: I am after software to capture login and form information from classified ad websites i would like the software to save the form details very similar to roboform browser plug-in in fact the same thing. But also need to be able to import from csv file form data to post to each classified website and then after submission to record every post as done. the idea is i can go to each website and login and by hitting some short cut keys on the key board the software will post each ad from the? CSV file and submit it to the correct? form field and and submit the form. this can be standalone program or a browser plug-in for firefox
