C# Code Help

I'm a Delphi programmer, and I have a basic knowledge of C# language. I want to redo on of my programs in C# myself, it will be an opportunity for me to start coding C#, so I decided to make it my self. the program does the following: [login to view URL] embedded web browser. [login to view URL] ini files. [login to view URL],decrypt text files. [login to view URL] (preferably automated through a web site). [login to view URL] it as a user DLL. I need some helps doing the above points. also I need some help to find attractive,easy,bugs free and freeware grids,attractive buttons,panels and registration component. The selected coder should do the following: [login to view URL] some samples o the above 8 points. [login to view URL] issues found. [login to view URL] some debugging to my code if needed. [login to view URL] quickly responsive.
