Color Illustrations

We need someone to do a full color illustrations for us. We will give you the exact details when you are awarded the project, but it is basically 2 illustrations that are 8.5 inches by 5.5 inches. It may be slightly bigger or smaller but not by much. Attached is a sample of something we like. We do not need an exact copy. We are looking for something sort of comic bookish but not too cartoony. This will have to be done in layers with transparent backgrounds. I.E. For the first image, the building, car and people will have to be complete so that we can lay on on top of the other. We may have multiple buildings that we would want to switch in and out. It may be done either by hand or completely digital, we will make the right design work. A sample of your work in this style or a quick mock up of this is required along with your bid in order for us to consider you for the project. Also please let us know which applications or medium you are planning on using to complete the work. This is our sample and we have ownership of this image, you may use what you need for the purposes of submitting a sample to us. As this may be an ongoing need for us, it would be nice if you were available in the future for additional projects as well. ## Deliverables 1) Complete illustrations and all parts fully approved by us. 2) Access to orginal files or drawings. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) All illustrations must be original. ## Platform scanned image, photoshop gimp any other application that will allow us to use a high resolution image.
