Convert text file or excel file (your choice) to a text file that is based on a line printer format from main frame system

This is a project to take data from an ACCESS database (we can export it however you want) and convert it to a text file. The text file is line and character spacing specific.? The text files are read by a mainframe system thus the odd output format. I need a system that will covert the access output into the appropriate text file format. meaning line 1 char 92 is the start of the name of the group line 2 char 15 is the group id# line 8 char 6 is the group id#/type of group/another id line 8 char 160 is the subscribers id line 8 char 176 is the ssn of the subriber etc line 9 is the next subscriber. I have 2 text files we have to kick out. ## Deliverables I can send a sample excel file or text file and an example of the what the output looks like
