I need to have a website designed just like Craigslist. The only difference between Craigslist and my site will be that a lot of the categories will be different but I still insist on having a similiar look and feel since this is what the public has grown accustomed to using. I want to be buying have the site built to serve Virginia, Maryland and DC. I want the capabilities of adding the remaining 47 states myself as the website grows in popularity so ensure it is designed in such a way for me to add future states myself. The website will also have to have the capability of providing private email addresses similiar to the way Craigslist does. Users should be able to upload there own photos for things that they are selling on the website. Users should also be able to upload listings for jobs they are trying to feel themselves as well. The website will also need to have banner ad capabilities at the top of the website and tower ads on the right had side of the website. The banner ad technology needs to be one that has tracking and a counter built in so that I can see how many people click on the ad and have the dollar limit built in as to how long the ad stays on the site. All categories and sub-categories will be provided for placement on the website.
