We need to get an usercontrol created that implements a custom scrollpanel. This should be done in c# for .net 1.1. Eg at runtime it contains a component and if this component is to big to be displayed in the visible area of the scrollpanel horizontal and vertical scrollbars should become visible. The scrollbars should work the same way as ordinary windows scrollbar does. And have the same graphical components. The width of the scrollbars should be configureable But we must be able to add our own graphics for the buttons and sliders Some designtime behaviour should also be implemented for the scrollbar. It should be possible to drop only one component on the custom scrollpanel, new components should be rejected. This component must then be allowed to get resized at it own will which should affect the visibility of the scrollbars. We guess that this behaviour should be implemented through designtime code.
