Bid Request
We are a Remote Management Company who uses IP Cameras manufactured by Panasonic.
Facts:
-We have thousands of IP cameras in our customer locations which have the ability to ping a DNS server.
-There are multiple cameras at each site. Each camera has its own unique MAC address and current public IP address and port. (Specifics of this can be made to Panasonic.)
-Customers have dynamic IP address accounts from their ISP.
-We use a CGI at the top of our website to link the customer to their cameras
Functions Requested:
1) As customers have a dynamic IP address, when this address changes and the camera notifies the server of this change,(Camera can ping every 10 minutes) the URL assigned to it must follow to the new IP address.(URL [[login to view URL]][1])
2) If camera fails to notify server of its info after a proscribed time period,we would like to send a message out to 3 different locations which could be cellular text messaging and/or email addresses. With this there must be a GUI to input this information on a per Camera bases.
