Database build w/ Excel overlay

? ? ? ? I need to build a database that retrieves 2 csv files from the web each day.? Each of these files? are 3600 KB.? The database needs to start with data from 1/1/2006.? I then need to analyze this data using Excel.? I am proficient with Excel, but I have never built a database.? I have also never used Excel to analyze a database.? ## Deliverables Building the database is the main part of this project.? I can create my own Excel formulas if the programmer can show me how Excel and the database interact with each other.? To be able to automatically retrieve the csv files from the web? with the punch of a button is critical, as I am manually going to the website currently.? I also would like the ability to retrieve multiple days of csv files, as I don't retrieve the data each day. I have attached a sample of one of the csv files I need to retrieve each day from the web.
