We require an application/software that allows users to have the ringing of their phone to be a manipulable digital space. Callers, instead of hearing a ring should hear a message that can be controlled in real time. The person receiving the call should also hear a tailored message that allows them to press a key to connect the call and to press another series of keys to hear more about the message at the conclusion of the call. All of this must be tallied in a central data base that allows the controller to place messages, account for the number of them sent via an individuals calls and account for the choice to hear more about the message. Also, an application that similarly allows text messages to be appended with a short message ie 'Ask me about Texas vs Texas Tech'. These likewise will be attached to client messages automatically and allow for identical tallies of messages sent and click throughs.
