Digital Document Security

I need a simple multi-user application that can protect a folder, documents, files and any objects in a folder against unauthorized access. Allowing users to be able to set varying degrees of complex security features on actions that will be allowed on the folder and all the objects inside the folder. Users should be able to set passwords to manipulate the folder and all its contents both within the application and when objects protected within the application is sent to another system. INTERESTED CODERS ARE REQUIRED TO READ THE ATTACHED DOCUMENT AND EXPLAIN BACK TO THE BUYER THE LEVEL TO WHICH THEY UNDERSTAND THE PROJECT AND THE LEVEL TO WHICH THEY CAN ACCOMPLISH THE PROJECT. ## Deliverables Coders should refer to the attached document for further details.
