Distributed Remote Control System

We are looking for a distributed remote control system for desktops and servers. What we are looking for is a VNC-like (can be VNC code) remote control software in which has a distributed architecture, i.e. central console system, remote systems, and desktop agent.

- The desktop agent (DA) is installed on the desktops and communicates to the Distributed Remote Systems (DRS). The agent should be an installable package.

- The Distributed Remote Systems (DRS) sits at each location (client site) and is the technican console for that location. It controls all locate DAs. It should have the ability to remotely install agents on desktops. The DRS communicates back the Central Console System (CCS), and is listed in the CCS by each site.

- Central Console Systems is a located at our operations center, it talks to the Distributed Remote Systems (DRS) and controls the DRSs, as well as remote control to the agents. Agents can be installed vis the CCS via the DRS. The CCS will list customers and associates sites with customers. The CCS shoud communicate via a single port to the DRS.

The system should be developed in .Net or C+, and should be web-based. It should use MS SQL for the back-end. Included is a brief diagram on the architecture layout.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
