I'm a graduate student looking to create a CD-ROM dissertation. It will be a Microsoft Word document of approx. 10-15,000 words. What I would like to do is embed digital images within the text -- photos, video, and music files. I would like the reader of the text to have the ability to click on a link that would open the image or video in a new window, and then let them close it manually to return to the text. For music, I would like for the link to play the selected tune and stop automatically at the end. I need someone who can create this for me. I will provide the word document with notes where each file should be embedded. I need someone who can turn my video/DVD clips into digital format and insert it into the text. I would also like to have a "cover page" designed to open when the CD is inserted -- a front page where the reader could click on the title of the work to get to the text. I will have the text completed by around August 15th, but I can provide the images, DVD clips, and photos prior to that date to be digitized. Some of the images are on a commercial DVD, I don't know what decoded is needed, if any. I need the final product by August 26th, 2004.
