dBase / Clipper to Access

am in the need of a coder to write a Billing program and possibly two "posting" programs. The existing application (10 + years old) written in Clipper is being converted to MS Access. Data has already been converted and tested, most data entry screens have been converted to MsAccess Forms. The application has two (2) major tables (Customer, transaction History). Rge Billing process needs to do the following : 1. collection billing criteria a. company code, minimum customer balance, customer# range 2. Billing process a. print bill b. update Customer table with new billed data c. update History table flagging all history detail printed flag d. update History table with new Balance forward record I need a quote ASAP. Tables and previous Clipper code will be provided. I look forward to your inquiries / quotes. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
