dental practice management software

I am currently using a 12-year old program that runs all aspects of my dental practice. It was written in Delphi 1, and contains a patient database with details of the patients' address, tel no, etc. It has graphic charting for the teeth, and gums, an appointment book, and information on the patient's previous attendance. I have the source code, and am happy to pass all this on. I have been using the program (called PASO) for 10 years, but the database that serves the program (called [login to view URL]) is now so big that the whole program in its networked form (1 server, 3 users) is so slow and occasionally loses data, that it needs bringing up to date.
