distracting web ad blocker

I want a software that can be invoked by a key (such as alt-i or whatever) that can be specified by user and that it does the following:

When it is invoked, it asks user one question: Which ad to block?

User would then click on the annoying ad (video or animated Gif), the program would then ask: Shall I black it out, or White it out, or use a photo file to cover it up?

User would then answer

1. Black out

2. White out

3. Cover it up with a photo

0. default (last decision, just use it again)

the program then want ahead to ask for the file name if user wants to cover it with a photo.

Once blocked, the program needs to be intelligent to remember this image name and block it again when it is displayed again (say in the next webpage). To get an idea of the kind of annoying ads that I'm talking about try go [url removed, login to view] and see the 'Toshiba GIP'. It is driving me crazy.

I want this program to be made professionally. I may give it away to other pissed-off web browsers.
