Buddy Press Developer Needed

I am looking for a buddy press developer who can perform 3 simple tasks. Here is what my page will look like as the home page when it is finished: [login to view URL]> Now, I need the registration process to be just like facebook's 3 step process after you enter your information before registering. Step 1: Import Your Contacts Just like faebook, allow users the ability to email their friends and let them know that they have joined the site. Step 2: Profile Information A user simply inputs some statistics about themselves such as hobbies, college, etc. Step 3: Profile Picture Have an option so people can upload their profile pic.
