Conditional popup window on Wordpress site to retrict page access -- 2

Hello Greetings!! I have analyzed your requirement and as per our understanding you want to apply a condition on a navigation menu tab to view it's details. Whenever anyone click on that tab from navigation menu bar then a popup will open where user has to enter email address or they can connect to Facebook so after that they can view tab content. and whenever that user will come again then for them popup will not be open they can directly access that page content.
