Configuration/Customization of Wordpress directory plugin

Recommendation/configuration/customization of an existing wordpress plugin to achieve an outcome similar to [login to view URL] ...search directory of function venues available for rent..filter to ones which matches search criteria Must have the following features:- user search is shortlisted to "most suitable venues...filtered by pre-defined criteria user's details & search/selection criteria then forwarded by email to shortlisted venues as a booking lead. Venues can then choose to "purchase the lead", in which case the venue's are charged a pre-determined amount to their credit card or paypal account, & the search user's details are then forwarded.
