Convert site to responsive Wordpress site - repost 2

We need our existing website converted to a responsive wordpress theme, meaning it needs to look and function just like the old website with the top navigation and top left side navigation but coded in css, without using any of the old html tables. It needs to be fully responsive on ipads, android, etc.. We will change the flash file ([login to view URL]) on the home page so that it doesn't have an overlap so you can treat that like an image placeholder, we will upload a new flash later. Please look carefully at each page before you make a quote to ensure you can see how much work is needed to make this site work just like the old site. we need all the old graphics the same. all the olf pages, text, images etc the same as before. old site url to convert: [login to view URL] new temporary url for the wordpress site: [login to view URL] (we have already installed wordpress) we suggest using 'Twenty Twelve ' wordpress theme as it is already a responsive theme. When you convert the site all new pages must exist in the 'pages' section. Do not do anything with the 'posts' section as we will use this separately for a blog.
