I need you to create a WordPress template starting from some static HTML pages (3-4 layout types). The resulting website should also include: + an event manager based on a WordPress plugin + a users registration/login page + a users private area (with some personal details and the list of uploaded videos) + a video upload function for registered users (uploaded videos should be moderated) + a public video playback function This is how the website is supposed to work: + Admin creates Locations and Events + Registered users could upload their videos related to any of the events + Video (once approved by an Admin) become public available on the website and could be rated/commented The main website language is English, but if you include a plugin to translate contents that would be highly appreciated!
