Design a grid-style wordpress theme

I'm looking to get a bare-bones grid style Wordpress theme designed. As close to the attached picture as possible. There a few existing themes that are pretty close, but none exactly what I'm looking for. The most important thing is setting up the basic homepage grid layout and a blank sidebar, the rest I can probably figure out myself (if not, I will hire you for more work!).
