Design and install a skin for my wordpress blog

I need a custom skin designed for our wordpress blog. Colors must match our company colors, and must use our company logos. I need you to give me mockups before I approve the design. Also some light customisation on links to my main site. The wordpress blog already has many entries, so we need you to keep the existing database Lastly, your skin must be updateable to future wordpress versions. It doesn't need to be automatic, but needs to be relatively easy to update to a newer version and keep the skin. E.g. I'm happy to manually replace some php files after running the auto update in wordpress. Your bid must indicate to me that you understand my requirements. I choose the bid that explains the solution in the clearest and most practical way. Copy and paste bids will not be read. This is a small project with a budget of $50 but will lead onto future working relationship if you have good design and integration skills.
