Develop WordPress theme based on provided HTML/CSS

We need someone to develop a WordPress theme, based on some ready sliced design (you will be provided all HTML and CSS files). The theme should support both widgets in sidebars and dynamic menu's through WordPress' build-in menu editor. We have an existing theme which we need to reuse some functions from. This is basically some custom menu's in WordPress back-end for editing footer on the WordPress site. You will of course get access to the existing theme so you can copy all needed code from this over to the new theme. The new theme should have the following pages: * Static front page consisting of a header menu, 3 links and a footer (all HTML/CSS will be provided) * Page/post pages * Archive, search and category page. You must be able to prove good knowledge and experience with WordPress and be able to complete the project within short time.
