Adjustments to RSS content feed script

Please look at the script attached. It can display news, articles, blog content, and videos based on the keyword in the URL.

First, I would like to host all this in one location and be able to place a remote code on any of my sites and it be functional, so it will also need to be able to handle a lot of volume. The search engines must be able to easily read the content, so it cannot be Javascript displayed. I have been just using include file and echo'ing the results which is not very functional and has zero security.

I would like to full content from as many sources as possible including the ones listed on Google after a search :

news

blogs

articles

videos

shopping

books

places

Great sources would be :

real estate listings (Based on geographic targeting)

business listings (Based on geographic targeting and industry keyword)

jobs

I see a simple form with a dropdown for content type (news, article, video, or etc), input for keyword, and input for location if applicable, and lastly the dimensions (Height, Width, scrolling yes/no). The user presses submit, and the code is displayed that can be placed on their website.

In addition, I would like the code to be in a simple enough format that variables could be dynamically placed into it. For example I have a script that dynamically creates pages based on locations, and turns the location into a simple variable that can be placed though out the page with <?php echo $keyword; ?>. So this would need to be able to be placed into the code so the locations are dynamically inserted.

This is part one, so please quote for just having this functional for myself.

Part two, would be to make this into a membership site where a user would join, pay monthly, enter their criteria into a form, get the script to be displayed on their site and have the content feed work as long as they are a member. Obviously when they cancel, we want the content to stop. This should be simple enough. But I need your advice so people do not abuse the content feed and just wear out my sites resources by getting tons of impressions. Can we make it so their content would be shown for "x" impressions, then if they go above that it turns off? Then we could have membership levels based on the traffic a member gets.

Please include the additional price for making this membership script a part of this package.
