Advanced HTML/CSS implementation as follows:
i) use CSS
ii) code must be scalable and clean
iii) follows all W3C standards
iv) works and scales nicely with different browsers and window sizes
Includes the following pages:
- 3 pages from 3 graphic mockups (Photoshop file or wireframe)
- 3 prototyped pages that already have a HTML and CSS, but need to be re-written to meet the above (i) - (iv) requirements
Javascript is very limited, but pages have a lot of dynamic content and tables where the amount of data varies.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional 'web front' including all necessary HTML and CSS files.
2) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

The bidding price was earlier set up wrong, i.e., you could only bid for $500 which wasn't the purpose.

Also, please provide TRUE references to web sites you've built ealier. "TRUE reference" means that we can call the owner of that web site and you've worked for them directly. I.e., do not say "My reference is [login to view URL] which outsourced work to X who outsourced to Y who outsourced to me and you can't call directly to Amazon.com..."
