Automated Link Submissions Script

I need someone to construct a script to automate video link submissions to various link/video sites. I have a list of about 36 video/link dump sites I would like to submit to everyday. At the current moment I have login into each website and submit the link. None of the video/link sites have CAPTCHA installed. Here are the list of the video sites.
