MUST HAVE DEVELOPED YAHOO STORE MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH THE Yahoo Store Builder & Editor tools. Build a Yahoo store from a "blinded" Yahoo managed domain name in the Yahoo environment. Yahoo is the web host and will provide the ecommerce piece via coders abilty to tie all the development together via Yahoo tools and developers expertise. In addition to Yahoo Store tools, Developer must enhance the site using their skills in RTML (would just make your life easier, not required), XML, HTML and other. Core store concept: Left margin links on a home page (to be developed by developer) as links bring the consumer into a page that shows images for purchase. The Yahoo Store Building tools allows for the image upload. Development includes promotion, discount codes and pricing. Development must bring the consumer/ user through to product purchase (ecommerce piece). Coder/developer will participate in full testing prior to go-live; requires sign off from buyer to equal project completion. Coder payment will be post the delivery of the above. Coder will use Rent-a-coder communication tools for project documentation and status updates including emails and faxed agreements. Coder will need to ask Buyer for assistance if obstacles occur working in the Yahoo environment. As direct questions to Yahoo require paid telephone time buyer will direct questions to Yahoo from the developer's documented questions. These requests or obstacles need to be communicated to buyer as soon as they occur in order to request answers from Yahoo in a timely manner.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4)In addition to Yahoo Store tools, Developer must enhance the site using their skills in RTML (would just make your life easier, not required), XML, HTML and other programming languages as needed. Step one of project: Coder and buyer will agree to a home page design, developed by Coder within the Yahoo maintained domain name (internal environment) to Yahoo. This way both coder and buyer have real time access to the store for discussion. Buyer will provide some URLs for a home page concept as example, and, Coder may suggest some designs via providing URLs as example too. Core store concept: Left margin links on a home page (to be developed by developer) as links bring the consumer into a page that shows images for purchase. [Buyer estimates 70 images using up to 10 left margin links from home [url removed, login to view] will provide images for upload to the coder including any pricing, discount or promotional information]. Buyer can provide the images or elect to upload directly in some cases as a visual guide of design working with the coder. The Yahoo Store Building tools allows for the image upload. Development includes promotion, discount codes and pricing. Development must bring the consumer/ user through to product purchase (ecommerce piece. Buyer plans to use the Yahoo ecommerce piece but developer must tie together. 5) Completion of the listed templates provided by Rent-a-coder site after coder's initial review of the existing domain name "shell" of a store. This way, coder can look at the tools and know what to ask for. This will also ensure a valid process and mutual understanding toward estore development, store functionality and customer navigation. Coder can then make his/her needs known to meet the systems requirements. The templates will be utilized accordingly by "launchit" and coder to accomodate for coder's/buyers needs and to communicate coders request to use additional programming languages or tools for development. 5) Coder's agreement to work with rent-a-coder arbitrator should there be a disconnect among parties. 6) Coder agrees to not use, re use or copy any images or content of buyers, and agrees not to take possesion of buyers web store code. 7) Coder agrees not to disclose any competitive intelligence gained from development to Buyers competitive and/or related industries. 8) Coder will conduct end to end testing to prove the system and make adjustments to the store/ web site accordingly to complete functional use and agreement from Buyer that the project is complete. 9) If we work well together, Buyer may seek an ongoing relationship with continuing projects and maintenance of site.

## Platform

Yahoo Store platform appears open. Coder with previous experience should know all this information given previous experience building the blinded Yahoo stores. As I know its just a browser with unlimited space. Can use code and tags accordingly in addition to the store builder tool provided.
