Cigar company seeks extremely strong and professional corporate website. Along the lines of [login to view URL] and http://www.torano.com. Very classy "old world" feel to the site is essential Original artwork will be highly important and is required. This includes but is not limited to banners and images. Samples of what we're looking for will be provided. The site will NOT be very extensive as this is more of an "over glorified" contact page and over time, we will be adding content. We will want a system in place that allows us to add content easily ourselves and that can allow us to move to different web servers as needed. We also may require a simple "client login." This should be a simple mechanism by which clients can create accounts to login to the password protected portion of the site. No content will be available initially in the password protect portion of the site, but we would like these capabilities. This however is NOT a priority. The most important element of this project will be close coordination with the coder. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Flash, AJAX and other comparable programs are fine. Quick load time and accessibility by the widest number of people is paramount.
