Comment Poster

Need a PHP script or Windows application to be able to automatically comment on Blogger and WordPress Blogs. Be able to enter blogs URLS to blog to or import a text file of URLS to blog to. When it is done posting comments, it should save the status of each URL (it it posted successfully or not) in a text file within the same directory as the application. Also I would like to add the feature that it can check the Pagerank of the URL so you have to know how to grab the pagerank from the Google API. So the user will be able to select a page rank to post only to blogs with that page rank or higher. With Blogger and Wordpress, I know that you sometimes need to be a registered user to post comments, please have a space available to enter username and password so that we can enter that information. Another note (if possible, not required) is some of the comments ask for word verification, if we can get that to show up so that we can enter the word instead of erroring out or moving on to the next URL, that would be great.
