Complete My PHP Work

Hi, I Require a coder is that able to code PHP and MySQL along with a bit of HTML and XML. The System i have built is semi complete... i need you to finish it. There is also some design work needed as well... along with flash work. I need this completed by the end of the month... so if you dont have time to complete it by then... then do not bother to bid! I will give full details of the work to the winning bidder.... but to generalise on what you actually have to do is: Complete the system... make sure it works. 2 pages as the template set, you need to do the same to the rest of the pages. You need to make some of the modules interact with each other when creating a new item/person. You will need to create a media player for me in flash 8/9 with use of xml, this should also be administration interacted as well... more details for the winning bidder... All work should be done on your own server... has i do not have one to offer at the moment, all work should be done live... so basically i can check up on you making sure your doing the work.
