Convert a JPEG to XHTML/CSS

Convert the attached JPEG to XHTML/CSS. There is a version that has no twitter feed which I also need coding. You will see there are two arrows to the side of the main article, I need this to scroll the content using CSS. I also need a version that has no scrolling and allows the page to just expand down. The header image should fade in and out using JQuery and look as it does on the current Flash site http:// www . moonrakersrestaurant . co . uk (remove the spaces) The 3 sections that are different colours on each layout need to be changeable in CSS. The Christmas banner at the bottom can just be an image but opening times and address should be coded. The menu system should be LIST and have the same rollovers as the current site if possible. The (turn music off) and (turn music on) on the top left should play a music track, possibly using JS to turn it on and off. By default it should be on. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project. ## Platform XHTML/CSS
