Convert Static Website to Drupal

Hello, We need the following static website converted to the Drupal CMS.? All elements must be perfectly integrated and modifiable via the Drupal CMS (blocks, themes, etc). The code must be clean and it must look good. Do not, DO NOT bid on this project unless you know what you are doing, this must be a flawless conversion, and you must have experience in similar projects. You will be provided with a development environment which will include the website itself as well as a Drupal installation.
