Convert CD presentation to streaming web/flash

Create current flash presentation for us based on a cd-rom old technology. In our current cd-rom we have excellent videos that are played in an old style wrapper built in c. We need you to change the wrapper to vector flash and convert all videos to flash streaming or some other great streaming video. We will have some chapters and subchapters of the video that we need to hide and show to the user. We will also let the user select the connection speed they have so we can play the right videos to them. Lets try and put the text in some xml file that plays with each video. So here are the goals Convert 23 videos to some streaming video at 3 different resolutions, and change the size of the player/wrapper for the selection they make Create an area on the wrapper and near the navigation that will show the text Create an Auto play version that will play each chapter for the user automatically or let them choose each step in the presentation. Create a player that can replace the current wrapper to have a nice hi res image that we will give you. Create a menu that will appear on rollover. It is a standard context menu Deploy to a windows server and test The cd-rom is about 500mb now ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform flash, streaming/flv, graphics, flash players etc..
