Create Custom Audibles?

This is something I would like to do if possible, so this post is really to find out if it is and to hopefully find someone who can acomplish this project with me... I am trying to see if anyone can create custom audibles for me in a theme for a new idea my company has... we want them as a promotional tool.... Audibles are those animation's on the latest messangers We would need a installer made that people could download from our website to install our custom audibles to their messangers.... I dont even know if this is possible to create our own audibles, but I know in a coding world pretty much anything with the right expertise is possible :-) so basically im posting this here to see if ANYONE might know how to do this or know if this is even possible... I also will need someone to animate the charecters and add the voice overs to them... so what im wanting is the full package deal here.... I will expect a full ready to distribute package by the end of this project.... I would like to have one person who can do it all but I realise I might have to choose 2 seperate people here at RAC one for the animation/art and one for the coding if that has to be the case im fine with that as well but I really need this project acomplished if it is possible if it is not possible then I would appreciate someone letting me know so I can think up another promotional tool idea and stop spending time on this one. I can raise my project budget once I see if this project is even possible to acomplish. right now im just trying to see if it is possible if it is I will gladly open a new project and increase the project budget... basically im just posting this to see if it is possible at this point and if it is and someone is confident it can be done we will go from there... ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform I Know The Audible Animations Are Done In Flash as they are .swf at least thats what i'm told... The way audibles are pulled from the web i think is an xml file but i'm not sure on that.... The installer im assuming you would make a professional installer using whatever install maker you recommend...
