Create Custom widget friendly Wordpress Theme

I require a custom wordpress WIDGET friendly theme. I need it to be 3 column theme and it must be easy to be reworked into a different topic just by changing several images and website colors. The theme should be simple yet professional looking not too flashy and with too many graphics on it. I will need a basic layout of the page to be followed. The layout can be seen on the picture here: ![][1] As for the proportions i will give you some approximate ones : the Top 2/3 of the sample layout page should be visible without scrolling. Where i say "TEXT" there should be text and not a graphic that contains the text The main topic of the theme should be "Make money online" Winning bid should contain sample image of the idea of the coder for the wordpress theme. Theme should be free of any coding errors, It should be viewable under most general browsers : IE 6, 7 ,8 , Firefox, Opera etc. Upon delivery i would expect all working plus final files. ALL RIGHTS OVER THE THEME SHOULD BE TRANSFERED TO ME UPON COMPLETION OF THE TASK. THE THEME IS NOT TO BE RESOLD OR USED ANYWHERE ELSE. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)?
