Create Graphs & Tables in webpage from excel/csv data

Create Graphs & Tables from excel/csv data. =========================================== DATA UPLOAD Create a file upload function to import excel/csv data into a mysql database. Every time it is uploaded, it will override the previous data with the new one. DISPLAY OUTPUT Create 7 graphs through use of gd lib functionality or flash to display some of this data visually. Create 2 display tables from data supplied to display some of this data in tabular format. I have attached en excel file as an example of the data and how i need the graphs exactly to be displayed FILE DOWNLOADS Create a separate file upload function to add 3 files for download in 3 different pages. In the output pages, we will just have links to the files that people can click to download so all we need here is an upload that overrides the same files every time. Just keep the same filenames every time and this bit will be simple. ========================================== PLEASE NOTE !!! Features required are: Admin can create new users and assign a username and password to them. Admin can also add a logo for these users when adding them. Admin can upload the data as explained above to specific users. Each user can log in and see their logo and data exactly as above.
