Create a fully automated Lead Autoresponder Application for us in PHP (sample site available)

This application should be created in PHP, using MySQL on Linux Features we need are similar (we don't need all of them right away and can do this in stages to make sure you can do the work and get compensated properly) to this: [login to view URL] Very important: We need CLEAN code with descriptions and all coding needs to be done with optimal resource utilization in mind (i.e. code cannot create huge cpu loads, etc.). We also need GUI design and a Wordpress-based website that goes with the application. Everything needs to be installed and working properly on our dedicated server.
